Life can be challenging?
Life can be whatever you want it to be?
Would you agree that we CHOOSE how to live by the choices we make?
How would you respond if I said - 'you are choosing to be sad?'
Does that seem a little harsh?
A few years back I stayed for a week with an old softball coach from North Shore. Maggie was a PDHPE teacher who was introduced to CHOICE THERAPY and became an instructor and delivering weekly training sessions in her home. I remember this method from UNI - I wrote a paper on the different methods of therapy.
I chose Gestalt and Choice Theory.
When staying with Maggie she said to me - 'you are choosing to be sad over your back.' I thought that was the most absurd comment. But it made sense. I was choosing to be so angry with my spinal injuries - that it never gave me the space to nurture my injuries with love. By staying angry - I blamed my back for everything.
Maggie taught me the greatest lesson - we choose our thoughts.
We choose what to create.
We choose how to feel.
I started meditating again and forcing out the negative chatter.
Now - I live with FREEDOM because I CHOSE how to react.
Healing with anger does not help the mind, human spirit, or - soul.
Choosing to heal with self-love and humility is a greater way.
It allows you to be accountable.
It allows honesty through self-awareness.
It allows you to accept all that has happened in your life which you still may be hurting with.
My workshops and program have one agenda - creating a new life with Mental Toughness.
Creating a new way to react - will build Emotional Intelligence.

I don't believe in charging absurd rates so only the wealthy can attend.
I promised myself when I needed help 25years ago -

Pain led me to a place where I just did not care. Pain can come in all packages - financial pain, relationship pain, friendship pain etc. This workshop will guide to create new thoughts - a new life.
